    Please give 24 Hours notice if you wish to Cancel or Move a Booking. We are an extremely busy establishment with large numbers waiting for appointments.

    Failure to do so will result in you being Charged the full amount for the missed service, the same applies for a no show.

    A no show will be charged the full amount upon the next visit. More than 2 no shows will lead to your account being blocked and therefore unable to use our services. Until the balance owed, is paid.

    Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will be asked to re book and will still be charged the full appointment cost, this will also be treated as a no show.
